Hospitality (1-2 chairpersons)
Acclimates new members to the Club and the local area.
- Organizes Hospitality Nights during the year for new and prospective Club members. Encourages members of the Board of Directors to attend. Coordinates with the Publicity Chairperson to advertise each hospitality event in local papers. Receives event RSVPs at home by phone call or e-mail.
- Sets up brochures from area businesses and other general area information, before each General Meeting. Obtains new brochures from the community, removes outdated material, and replenishes the supply. Arrives 10 minutes before each General Meeting to set up the Hospitality Table.
